Deleting your account
You can delete your Maison account and everything in it from inside the app. It takes four taps and nothing is held back.
From the app
- Open Maison and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the settings list.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
What is removed
Deletion is permanent and covers everything tied to the account. There is no recovery window and no way for us to restore it afterwards.
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Your face scan, full-length photograph and the studio portrait generated from them.
- Your body measurements, sizes and colouring.
- Every wardrobe item and every wardrobe photograph.
- Every outfit Maison has generated for you, and its wear history.
- Your chat history, saved looks and scheduled looks.
Anything that survives in a routine backup is removed on the normal rotation, within 30 days at the outside.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Apple, not us, controls billing. Cancel it yourself before or after deleting: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select Maison, then Cancel Subscription. If you delete the account and leave the subscription running, Apple will keep charging you.
If you cannot open the app
Email info@cleanie.io from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request, carry it out within 30 days, and write back when it is done.
